Landmark Uber appeals case: legal arguments published

This week sees the legal battle between Uber and drivers Yaseen Aslam and James Farrer regarding “employed worker status” reach the Employment Appeals Tribunal (EAT).

BWB represents Mr Aslam and Mr Farrer, the lead claimants spearheading this class action against Uber with the support of their union, the Independent Workers of Great Britain (IWGB).
