Following an awards ceremony on 22 February at which the rankings of all companies featured in the list were unveiled, BWB was ranked 89th in the list of companies recognised in this year’s report.
This accolade was awarded to BWB because of positive scores that the firm received in several categories as a result of its participation in the 2017 Best Companies Survey. The key findings from the assessment (which were formed on the basis of feedback from BWB’s staff) are as follows:
- 86% of staff answered that the experience they gain from their role is valuable for their future.
- 97% of those who responded agreed that BWB encourages giving something back and charitable activities.
- A substantial majority of staff surveyed (89%) also expressed the view that work forms an important part of their lives.
In response to this announcement Martin Bunch, Managing Partner, said:
“Being recognised in this way is a fantastic piece of news, but most of all we view this ranking as an opportunity for us to create an ever better workplace for our people.
“Ultimately our rating will help us to shape the future initiatives which will help us achieve this objective, and the specific survey feedback from our people will be immensely useful in helping BWB to meet other ambitious strategic goals.”
