Speaking to a diverse array of listeners Philip provided his views on several immigration matters, ranging from how individuals can find a way through the government’s EU Settled Status scheme through to the question of how businesses can address the ongoing impact of Brexit on their operations.

During a wide-ranging discussion, Philip throughout his appearance also covered the interesting question of how previous criminal offences can impact on applications for leave to remain in the UK, in addition to the steps that need to be taken before spouses in other jurisdictions can be granted leave to remain by the Home Office.
