Bates Wells advises the shareholders of Portcullis Computer Security Limited on the sale of Portcullis to Cisco

Transaction: Bates Wells has advised the shareholders of Portcullis Computer Security Limited (“Portcullis”) in respect of the sale to Cisco of Portcullis and its associated companies in the USA, Spain and France.


Client: Portcullis is a cyber security consultancy business which provides a range of security services including security and vulnerability assessments, policy reviews, first-responder training and security awareness training to banks, corporates and central and local government. The transaction creates one of the world’s largest security assurance teams, if not the largest.
