Bates Wells corporate team advises P2i, the global leader in liquid-resistant technology, on its £8,000,000 private equity fundraising

Bates Wells’ corporate team advised long-standing client P2i Ltd on its £8,000,000 private equity fundraising from Circularity Capital (“Circularity“).

P2i Ltd is an award-winning global technology company. It works with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to enhance devices by making them liquid resistant, providing waterproof protection, improving their reliability and enabling them to survive liquid exposure from everyday accidents. P2i’s range of innovative world leading coating solutions delivers up to IPX8 lifetime protection without the need for mechanical seals or gaskets. More than 1,000 times thinner than a human hair, the P2i coating reduces the number of devices being scrapped or returned due to water ingress, thus keeping products in circulation for longer.
