Lindsay Driscoll is a Consultant in Charity & Social Enterprise department of Bates Wells & Braithwaite. Lindsay joined us following her 5 year term of office at the Charity Commission as one of the legally qualified commissioners and who had a particular brief over the complex issue of public benefit.

Tesse Akpeki is a consultant, trainer and CEDR accredited mediator. She was formerly head of governance and trustee services at NCVO and has worked extensively with third sector organisations nationally and internationally. She specialises in governance development and leadership.
OnBoard offers bespoke courses to strengthen board governance practice. Our expertise allows us to pinpoint problem areas and create individualised plants focusing resources where they most make a difference.
Our governance and leadership sessions can be tailored for single boards or offered as an open course with a mixed group.
If you are not able to attend the event, a substitute can be sent in your place at no extra charge.
We will accept a cancellation up to 3 weeks (21 days) before the event date and you will have a full refund.
A cancellation within 21days – 7 days of an event, will incur an administration fee of £25.
Fees for cancellations within 7 days of the event are non refundable.
