In the last 12 months there have been numerous developments in contract law with significant cases on contract liability and other issues which are key to effective contract drafting. There have also been legislative changes, including, for example, the Bribery Act which have resulted in new "standard clauses".

This seminar takes a look at the key changes and analyses what practical impact they will have - what you should be looking out for and whether you should be updating your own standard contracts.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions on any contract law issue that is of interest - participants should feel free to send in their questions in advance if they wish and we will endeavour to deal with as many as possible.

Who should attend:

In house lawyers, contract managers and others who are involved in contracting for the supply of goods or services.
