Breakfast workshop: new shared parental leave

Are you ready for the shared parental leave regime?  The changes are coming sooner than you may think.  From 1 December, you will be liable if your managers do not deal with requests to take shared parental leave correctly. You may already be fielding queries from your employees who are expecting a child on or after 5 April 2015.
