This one-day seminar is for leaders and senior staff in commercial social enterprises, who want to explore how to achieve growth that can support impact and long-term success. Using case studies and expert commentary, the event will draw on the experience of successful social enterprises.
Sessions will focus on strategy to win the right kind of business; on what happens when you lose a major contract; on approaches to diversification, and on a range of commercial models for growth that can help grow scale and impact.
Based on the E3M philosophy of “learning together”, the day will use a participative methodology, with the opportunity for participants to reflect on and discuss the presentations during each of the sessions, and contribute their own ideas, experience and questions relating to current plans for growth.
