The Charity Governance Code recommends that the board works as an effective team using the appropriate balance of skills, experience, backgrounds and knowledge to make informed decisions. This half day workshop will focus on how the  boards can work effectively as a team, using its strengthens, identifying areas for adjustments, strengthening its communication and having access to a range of tips, tools and techniques. By virtue of attending the session each participant will receive a C-me core report (worth £69.00).
