In an environment of uncertainty with scarce resources, merger can offer organisations a strategy to survive, thrive and meet users’ needs more effectively. But there are risks and challenges to consider before taking this step. Our webinar is designed to help you decide whether merger is right for you. It will draw on IVAR and Bates Wells’ recent free-of-charge publication Thinking about… Merger, during Covid-19

The session is aimed at CEOs, COOs, FDs and trustees of voluntary organisations at any stage of thinking about merger - from those curious about merger to those currently engaged in the merger process.
