It would have been difficult to predict at the start of 2020 the amount of change we’ve all lived through in the last few months. One consistent theme has though emerged – organisations (whether charities or those in the commercial sector) are relying on technology more and more to reach their people, deliver their services and sustain their appeal. The current crisis has led to increasing disruption and innovation as we are all forced to rethink the way we’ve done things in the past. This can lead to greater opportunities as well as greater uncertainty.

In this webinar we will look at how organisations are relying deeply on technology and the implications from a legal perspective. We’ll speak on areas such as how you can protect and share your key intellectual property, how to approach any software development, how to engage with third parties for IT and development services and the range of data privacy issues that arise from use of technology.

They’ll be an opportunity to ask questions throughout from the experts at Bates Wells leading the session.
