We would like to invite you to a Public Law Solicitors’ Association (PULSA) event on the 2 July 2020.

This event will hosted by Tim Buley QC, with Public Law Project Legal Director Alison Pickup and Bates Wells partner Melanie Carter as speakers. Between them they will provide an update on Brexit, the European Withdrawal Acts 2018 and 2020 and their public law implications; also an update on the Government’s constitutional reform (potential changes to judicial review, Supreme Court appointments, prerogative, Human Rights Act and so on).
