This dialogue will go beyond data and theory to honestly assess the impact and challenges of transforming leadership through diversity and inclusion. How can your organisation achieve high and sustainable performance through a diversity and equality strategy? How well is your organisation levering your board members’ perspectives and experiences? How well is it developing the leaders you need? What are your aspirations, challenges, rewards and lessons learned? Using case studies and encouraging sharing of experiences among attendees, this session promises to inspire participants as well as provide practical routes to support inclusion and diversity within an organisational framework. The discussion will explore what today’s leaders must do to initiate, influence and advance the governance and leadership opportunities of tomorrow. What strategies can be advanced to develop the pipeline of new leaders?
Registration is at 11.15am and the seminar runs from 11.30am - 3.30pm (including lunch).
