The Elections Act 2022 brings changes to non-party campaigning rules, introducing a new ‘lower-tier’ registration threshold and new controls on overseas spending and transparency. This autumn’s party conference season could be the last before the parties produce their campaign manifestos for the next general election. And political turbulence is leading some to suggest that an election may be on the cards sooner than expected.

With all this on the horizon, now is the time for charities and other organisations which engage in issue-based campaigns to refresh on the rules around electoral and campaigning law. Join us for a webinar on 6 July at 11am where we’ll review the new rules and outline what to expect in the coming months.
