Following its introduction in October 2024, it is expected that the Renters’ Rights Bill will become law in Spring 2025. It is intended to overhaul the private rental sector, giving more security to private renters, and changing how landlords operate.
Our real estate disputes team will be hosting a webinar looking at:
- The highlights – understanding the history and key drivers for the reform, what are the proposed changes and how will this impact management of properties;
- The changes – we will look at the new range of requirements, particularly compliance with the new regulation for landlords; and
- The specifics – we will delve into the details around tenants’ rights, evictions and dispute resolution.
This one hour session will give attendees an opportunity to learn more about the requirements of the Bill, to ask questions and address compliance concerns.
