Bates Wells Braithwaite has been appointed to the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) as a “one-stop-shop” provider across all legal services.
The LUPC is a professional services purchasing framework used by leading universities and colleges in and around London, as well as other government and third-sector organisations from the cultural, science and education sectors.
The procurement was run collaboratively with Higher Education Purchasing Consortium, Wales (HEPCW), Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC), North East Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPW) and North West Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC), meaning that universities all over England & Wales will also be able to call upon our services under the framework.
Appointment to the framework under the “one-stop-shop” category is independent recognition of BWB’s quality and value across a range of legal services including property and estates, employment, disputes (including judicial review and defamation), charity and governance, commercial, funding and student matters.
The new framework commences immediately and will run for three years with an option to extend for a further year.
BWB already advises several of the LUPC’s members and we look forward to working with the LUPC to promote our value-for-money offering to even more of its members.
If you are a member of the LUPC and would like more information about how BWB could add value to your organisation, then just email LUPC@bwbllp.com or call 020 7551 7777 and speak to one of our team.
