Senior Operations Manager


I’m responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the firm to ensure a smooth operational service while also leading on our Climate Programme and environment strategy. I’m also responsible for the maintenance of our B Corp certification and the coordination of policies and procedures that feed into this.

I manage central procurement processes for Bates Wells and contract manage relationships with a number of central operational suppliers.

  • • Project Managing Bates Wells’ Climate Programme to ensure we deliver our declared commitments from our acknowledgement of the Climate Emergency and Biodiversity Crisis
  • • Running a project to update our procurement supplier management processes
  • • Writing a guide of top tips for Heads of Facilities at organisations interested in becoming B Corps
  • • Running a comprehensive tender process for our stationery contract
  • • Oversight of Bates Wells Charity Hub run by CAN Mezzanine
  • • Joining Heart of the City’s contributor’s programme
  • • Project management of our premises move from 2-6 Cannon Street
