I am a fourth-seat trainee solicitor currently in the Employment Department. My role is to assist fee earners across the team on a range of contentious and non-contentious work for both employers and employees, including discrimination claims, unfair dismissal and grievances.

  • I assist at all stages throughout the litigation process including instructing counsel, interviewing witnesses and drafting witness statements, creating bundles and attending hearings
  • I conduct legal research for fee-earners within the team
  • I draft client advice
  • I research and draft training and know how materials
  • I assist with employment due diligence for corporate transactions
