I am a solicitor in the Public & Regulatory team. I help with the full range of public law issues that our clients bring to us, both contentious and advisory. I work with public bodies, regulators, charities and private sector bodies.

  • I am advising an international charity on judicially reviewing a government decision and assisting on the conduct of the litigation.
  • I am advising a public office holder on disciplinary proceedings.
  • I am acting for a membership organisation challenging a newly established government scheme.
  • I work with public bodies and auditors involved in the audit of local government bodies, both in connection with the local audit statutory framework and substantive issues arising from local government decision making.
  • I advised a body established by Royal Charter on responding to press enquiries concerning an investigation it had undertaken.
