Experience

I bring over twenty five years’ experience at senior PA level. After working in reinsurance for many years, dividing my time between the firm’s London and Philadelphia offices, I moved to work in the charity sector as PA to CEO/company secretary of a community development charity, where I played a significant part in assisting the board to become a strong and effective governing body. I initially met Jim when he acted as the charity’s financial advisor, and joined his new team when he moved to Bates Wells in 2014.

 

I have an in-depth understanding of, and a keen interest in, autistic spectrum disorders and special educational needs which I am able to frequently draw on in her working life, contributing towards the team’s social projects.

In my spare time I particularly enjoy spending time with family. In addition to this, I enjoy drawing and am an enthusiastic cook – the team regularly benefit from my baking skills.
