I am a solicitor in the Public & Regulatory team. I help with the full range of public law issues that our clients bring to us, both contentious and advisory. I work with public bodies, regulators, charities and private sector bodies. I have a background in local government and professional regulation and discipline.

  • I have advised a range of clients in relation to judicial review challenges of public body decision-making.
  • I advise public bodies in relation to the scope, extent and exercise of their statutory powers.
  • I advise professional regulators in relation to disciplinary matters.
  • I have advised numerous charities in relation to their constitution, governance and compliance with charity law and the regulatory requirements of the Charity Commission.
