I lead the people agenda for Bates Wells.

I set direction to bring the best talent for our unique culture. People who align to our values and work with socially responsible businesses.

Once here, I make sure people are able to progress and develop their careers with us, whatever they do.  And I make sure people have a voice at work to help shape our future together.

I champion inclusion across the firm. My team are Mental Health First Aiders. Some partners are also trained to recognise and get involved when people are struggling.  I put things in place to support the whole person at work.
