I’m a solicitor in the Public & Regulatory team. I advise a range of clients including public and private sector bodies, charities and regulators on matters relating to public law and across numerous regulatory regimes.

I work on both advisory and contentious matters, and have experience of advising clients on both sides of internal and regulatory investigations and public inquiries.

  • I advised an awarding organisation on their engagement with Ofqual in connection with proposed regulatory enforcement action.
  • I advised a regulator on questions of statutory interpretation.
  • I was part of a team of lawyers working closely with the secretariat of a non-statutory public inquiry advising on a broad range of matters concerning the conduct of its investigation.
  • I have advised a national charity in connection with a Government review of their operations.
