Charity regulation & investigations

The regulatory landscape for charities can be complex – let us help you navigate it.

Charities operate in an increasingly scrutinised regulatory environment, with individual organisations often answering to multiple regulators. The Charity Commission, the Fundraising Regulator,HMRC, the Information Commissioner – these are just a few of the bodies with oversight over charities’ operations.

We’ll help you to map the regulatory landscape as it applies to your charity. We’ll make sure you meet your reporting and filing obligations. And we’ll work with you to develop robust policies, procedures and governance frameworks to keep your charity compliant.
