In this webinar, we were joined by Paul Benson (ClientEarth), Jake White (WWF UK), Joss Saunders (Oxfam) and Bonike Bracewell (Save the Children UK) to discuss how charities can use the law to create a widespread positive impact for people and the planet. We discussed how strategic litigation can help charities to achieve their goals, how to decide which matters to pursue – scoping, risks and key considerations, overcoming internal and external challenges, how brand reputation feeds into the decision process and strategies for engaging in the right issues with limited resources. We also looked at the current landscape, and what work is currently being done to tackle the climate and biodiversity emergencies and wider social change.

If you were able to attend, we hope you found it useful. If you would like to discuss any of the points covered at this event, please feel free to get in touch with Leticia Jennings.
