UnstoppABLE

We want to support and empower disabled people, carers and people with caring responsibilities, as well as neurodiverse people, so that they can thrive at every stage of their career at Bates Wells.

More about UnstoppABLE

Our UnstoppABLE Disability and Carer Network works to improve understanding around disability, care, and neurodiversity, through education and events. We want to create a more inclusive environment where our people feel safe to disclose and find support for existing or newly diagnosed disabilities, caring responsibilities, and neurodiversity.

As well as sharing written resources, the network often uses external speakers to educate our people and to advise on how we can improve our culture to be more inclusive.  Most recently, we hosted a talk to mark Disability History Month where we discussed invisible disability and chronic illness and we were joined by an award-winning author with expertise on the subject. We are committed to continuously improving understanding within the firm, and we celebrate the uniqueness and ability of all people at Bates Wells.
