Experience

I’m a fourth seat trainee in the Dispute Resolution Department. I assist the team with contentious and non-contentious matters, covering a variety of issues including media disputes, insolvency, contractual and tort disputes.

I have covered a breadth of areas during my training contract having spent time in the Charity, Employment and Social Finance departments. Building on my paralegal experience, I have developed knowledge and skills in charity law matters and have a keen interest in international organisations and the Impact Economy.

  • I draft letters of advice on matters related to insurance and breach of contract claims
  • I carry out legal research on various matters ranging from legal privilege to negligence related issues
  • I prepare court papers and assist on debt recovery claims
  • I contribute to the department know-how reporting on recent case law and general dispute resolution updates
