- Advised a senior sales executive in a complex employment dispute involving a six-figure unpaid commission claim, resulting in a favourable settlement following Tribunal proceedings.
- Supporting an organisation in successfully defending a complex whistleblowing claim in the Employment Tribunal, which involved several other interlinked claims relating to trade unions, breach of confidence and defamation.
