I am a Paralegal in the immigration department at Bates Wells and work on personal, business and family immigration applications with a particular focus on corporate immigration. I also assist on pro bono applications.
- I have worked on various complex and niche applications including a global talent application for a famous movie director, a returning resident application where the applicant was outside the UK for 4 years, and a certificate of entitlement application.
- I have also assisted with a range of sponsor licence applications for Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility and Creative Worker. These applications also entailed subsequent worker applications which have been successful.
