Equity pay gap report

We have completed our Equity Pay Report for 2022 (reporting data as at 5 April 2022). Here we focus on the ethnicity pay gap within the report.

About the report

We’re pleased to report that our ethnicity pay gap has reduced significantly over the last year. Although this is a step in the right direction, the report has enabled us to identify the gaps which need addressing, particularly within the Business Teams where the gap is much higher than we want it to be. We are already taking actions towards addressing these gaps and continue to be committed to driving change across the firm. As with the gender pay gap, change will not happen overnight and we aim to ensure progress through accountability and monitoring.
