Faith at work

The group promotes understanding and collaboration both internally and with our faith-based clients through Faith at Work lunches. These events give our people the opportunity to hear from colleagues and clients of different faith traditions about what their faith means to them – from teachings and festivals through to how their faith impacts their daily lives and sense of identity.

We recently won a Belief at Work Award from ComRes, recognising our commitment to creating a workplace where belief is acknowledged and understood as a significant aspect of our people’s lives and a culture where people of all faiths and none can flourish.
