REACH
Our Race, Ethnicity & Cultural Heritage (REACH) group promotes this by working to develop more and better understanding around race and ethnicity within our firm through events and discussions, and campaigns, such as our Anti-racism Declaration.
The group also advises on initiatives to make us a more diverse firm. We signed up to the Race at Work Charter in September 2020, have been using RARE recruitment since 2018 and are working with our other DIF groups and networks to look more closely at our recruitment and retention policies.
The group also hosts regular roundtables where we invite our people from ethnic minority backgrounds to share their ideas, experiences and concerns so that we can continuously work towards creating a more inclusive environment for all.
REACH also supports RISE on initiatives such as our adoption of the Halo Code (in January 2021) and helps to coordinate our Black History Month programmes.
