Bates Wells’ M&A team advised the shareholders of Just after Midnight (JAM) on the multi-million-pound sale of its entire issued share capital to private equity backed automation and services specialist, private equity backed, Ultima Business Solutions.

JAM is a global cloud services provider to digital businesses. Headquartered in London with offices in Australia, Singapore and the US, JAM is the go-to cloud support partner for enterprise brands and their digital teams, providing managed cloud, 24-hour monitoring and full-stack support along with DevOps consultancy.

Bates Wells M&A team was instructed on this mandate 11 days prior to completion.
