Our client came to the United Kingdom as a Tier 1 Investor, as his entire family were being relocated in various immigration categories as a result of our advice. It was important that they all obtained status at the same time and they gained permission to remain as a family unit, as some of the members of the family unit were caring for others.
What happened?
We gave holistic advice to all members of the family in connection with all immigration categories, which included being High Net Worth, Tier 1 Investors and, on a personal level, whether an elderly dependant relative and other members of the family would be admissible to the UK.
We have now obtained British citizenship for our client and his wife.
