This was a bold step for us: as well as considering carefully the creative and comms side of what we were doing, it was crucial, as a firm that prides itself on its work in the sphere of IP and branding, that the legal and practical aspects of the process ran like clockwork.
In this extended 1.5 hour session, Bates Wells’ trade marks and branding experts will talk to you about all aspects of the rebranding process – name and logo clearance, the legalities and practicalities of working with creative agencies, domain names and social media, and how to ensure your rights in your new brand are fully protected.
We’re also pleased to be joined by Max Ottignon, co-founder of leading branding agency Ragged Edge. Max has worked on countless rebrand projects for other responsible businesses and B-Corps, and will provide his insights from the ‘other side of the fence’.
