We have completed our Ethnicity Pay Report for 2020 (reporting data as at 5 April 2020).
Firstly, we acknowledge that the data does not make for good reading and as a firm we are not where we want to be. However, through producing this report we have been able to identify the gaps and we are already taking actions towards addressing these. We are committed that we want to see change across the firm and this reporting is not a tick box exercise. We are at the beginning of our journey and are committed to making a positive change. As with the gender pay gap, change will not happen overnight but through accountability and monitoring, we will make the progress we aspire to achieve.
