  • Acting for a number of banks and borrowers in relation to acquisition and/or development finance and asset refinances, including all aspects of property due diligence and security.
  • Advised a leading youth organisation on drafting and negotiating complex transaction documentations relating to the sale of its activity centres.
  • Advised a hedge fund manager with a time-sensitive lease by negotiating a licence for alterations and advising on building contracts for its office fit-out.
  • Advising on the property aspects of a number of educational matters, including academy conversions and transfers, school acquisitions and disposals.
  • Advising a nationwide union body on the acquisition of an investment office block in central London.
  • Advising on the property aspects of a large national charity’s incorporation and restructure.
