I work on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters such as leases, licences, assignments and underlettings and real estate finance matters for both borrowers and lenders.
- Working with a number of charities on various matters relating to their high street shop portfolios, head offices and asset disposals.
- Working with different sporting organisations in relation to grant funding and taking security over property.
- Acting for a number of banks and borrowers in relation to acquisition and/or development finance and asset refinances, including all aspects of property due diligence and security.
