I am a Solicitor in the Immigration department at Bates Wells, with experience advising both businesses and individuals on a broad range of UK immigration matters. I joined Bates Wells in December 2020, having previously worked as an immigration Paralegal elsewhere. At Bates Wells, I have worked on a range of immigration matters both personal and corporate.
I also contribute to client training and compliance support, helping clients navigate immigration and sponsorship requirements with practical, commercially focused advice.
- Advise corporate clients across a range of sectors on securing and maintaining sponsor licences, including renewals, compliance planning, and strategic workforce management.
- Assist high net worth individuals and families with complex immigration matters, including Indefinite Leave to Remain, naturalisation, and family-based applications.
- Advise on Global Talent applications, including academia and research, film and television and the arts.
