I advise organisations on all aspects of data protection, e-privacy and information law, ranging from everyday compliance to cutting-edge issues. Drawing on my background as a government lawyer, I provide practical and tailored advice to clients in a range of sectors (including commercial, charity and public organisations), with a particular focus on international data transfers, investigations and sensitive data. I also advise extensively on contentious data protection issues, including data subject access requests and data breaches.
Additionally, I provide public law advice in respect of the Freedom of Information Act, the Environmental Information Regulations and statutory inquiries.
