I advise both employers and employees on a range of matters, including complex tribunal cases, settlement agreements and grievances. I also advise employers on advisory matters, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts and organisation policies. Additionally, I have advised employers in relation to the employment aspects of transfers and mergers.
