Lara joined Bates Wells in January 2019. Having spent over a year as a Paralegal at Kingsley Napley, Lara worked on a wide range of immigration matters, spanning both corporate and personal. Lara now supports the Corporate Immigration team at Bates Wells, mainly with sponsor licence applications, sponsor licence compliance and applications under Tiers 2 and 5.
