As part of our specialist politics, elections and campaigning team, I help charities and other non-party campaigners effectively engage in campaigning work within the framework of election law, charity law and other relevant regulations.
I also work as part of our broader charity and social enterprise team, undertaking a wide range of general charity law work, including governance queries, regulatory issues and grant funding.
- Election work I've advised multiple charities, social enterprises and organisations on political work ahead of the forthcoming UK General Election, including assisting in establishment as non-party campaigners.
- I've advised a number of charities on various constitutional and governance matters, including updating governance documents and policies in order to assist the charities in fulfilling their aims and to align with recommended law and practice.
