I am an employment and discrimination specialist, recommended by the Legal 500, which recognises my “excellent judgement”.
I help charities, social enterprises and commercial organisations navigate challenging and strategically important workplace issues, including: employee engagement, change programmes, discrimination, grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, dismissals, whistleblowing, restrictive covenant drafting and enforcement, TUPE and data protection.
I recognise the impact my advice has on the wider organisation and I take this into account when advising. In doing so my advice deals with the immediate issue, but also looks to the future, whether that be the future with the individual about whom I am advising, or other individuals.
I also work with senior executives and professionals at times of upheaval in their places of work and when they move around; providing strategic commercial advice and counsel.
