Experience

I previously worked as a paralegal in the Charity and Social Enterprise department at Bates Wells before securing a training contract in 2018. I have also worked in-house as a contracts officer for a national research organisation. I sat in the Employment department for my first seat and am currently sitting in the Immigration department for my second seat.

  • I advised an international aid organisation on the implications of signing up to the Inter-Agency Misconduct Disclosure Scheme, which is a scheme where organisations share misconduct information about employees as part of the recruitment process.
  • I have researched and advised on the rules relating to furlough for a number of clients.
  • I have researched and advised on the impact of Covid-19 on travel and visa applications.
  • I have assisted with a number of immigration applications, including sponsor licence applications, skilled worker applications, tier 5 youth mobility application and indefinite leave to remain.
