  • Advised an impact investing fund on its investment into a women-owned and women-led fund backing bioeconomy companies that combat climate change and promote inclusive and sustainable development.
  • Advised a UK organisation on an agreement with a FinTech for the development of new debt consolidation loan technology to boost access to affordable credit for people in financially vulnerable circumstances.
  • Advised a developer and supplier of generic and customised drug delivery and medical device platforms on a licensing and development arrangement.
  • Advised an international Edtech on the provision of its AI learning tools to students, including in respect of its AI policy, protection of its intellectual property and compliance with the UK GDPR and Equality Act 2010.
  • Advised overseas companies establishing operations in the UK on incorporation, website compliance, UK compliant customer terms, trade mark and licensing requirements, intra group arrangements, and UK data protection and international data transfer requirements.
  • Advised purpose driven organisations, including BCorps and charities on a range of commercial agreements, including grant, IT/SaaS contracts, licensing and outsourcing agreements.
  • Advised clients across a range of sectors on membership terms and advice regarding membership arrangements; for example, advising on the Consumer Rights Act and the recent Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act.
  • Advised service providers on their client terms and conditions, building tailored templates and negotiation tools, and reviewing their websites for compliance with UK legal requirements.
  • Advised a number of businesses, charities and not-for profits, on licensing arrangements to support the commercialisation of their intellectual property supporting them to expand their impact and operations.
  • Advised a leading UK AI research institute on various collaboration agreements.
  • Advised a critically acclaimed director and his commercial production company on a new global production focused on the Asian market.
  • Advised a global manufacturing company on an outsourcing contract with an international logistics provider.
  • Advised a UK based mental health support charity on its nationwide procurement of network and connectivity services.
