I am a Senior Associate in our Employment Department, having joined Bates Wells on qualification in 2012. I advise both employee and employer clients in relation to a broad range of employment issues, and also in respect of Employment Tribunal litigation.
I am also a Knowledge Lawyer; I produce our fortnightly “People and Culture Insights” newsletter, support colleagues with client training materials and resources, help develop key legal documents and frameworks, and coordinate fortnightly departmental knowhow sessions.
I have a particular interest in equalities and anti-discrimination law.
