I am a Senior Associate and Knowledge Lawyer in our Employment Department, having joined Bates Wells on qualification in 2012.
I advise clients in relation to a broad range of employment law issues, and in respect of Employment Tribunal litigation. I also produce our fortnightly “People and Culture Insights” newsletter, support colleagues with client training materials and resources, help develop key legal documents and frameworks, and coordinate monthly departmental knowhow sessions. I have a particular interest in equality and anti-discrimination law.
