Responsible supply chain management – what you need to know

According to McKinsey, 90% of companies’ environmental impacts come from their supply chains. So there’s no better way to manage the effect that your organisation has on the environment than by understanding and managing your suppliers’ impact.

Last week (8 November), Richard Marke, Head of Corporate & Commercial at Bates Wells, spoke about responsible supply chain management at Digital Leader’s Innovation Week.

He looked at the risks of getting supply chain management wrong, upcoming legislation and what you should prioritise to ensure you’re managing your supply chain responsibly.

Richard’s talk is available to watch here: https://innovation-week.digileaders.com/talks/responsible-supply-chain-management-what-you-need-to-know-1/

If you would like to discuss any of the issues addressed in the talk please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
