I am a Solicitor in the Charity and Social Enterprise team at Bates Wells. I advise charities, not-for-profits, and mission-driven businesses on a wide range of legal matters including governance, structuring, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts. I have a particular interest in climate, nature, and supporting the just transition to a low-carbon economy.
I trained at Bates Wells, gaining experience in Charity & Social Enterprise, Corporate & Commercial, Real Estate, and Dispute Resolution. Prior to joining Bates Wells, I worked at The Chancery Lane Project, where I worked with FTSE 100 sustainability professionals and developed legal tools to embed climate-conscious drafting into commercial contracts. I now support the firm’s environmental strategy as part of the Climate and Nature group, including the rollout of climate clause precedent contracts and legal engagement with campaigns to create systemic environmental change.
